Return and Exchange Policy

The package received by you must be in original unused condition to accept the return request. It must be sent to the dispatch center within 7 Days from the date you received it.

The items must be sent by the customer and BROFOAM  shall not bear the shipping cost for return of goods.

Process

  2. Upon receiving the acknowledgement from BROFOAM , send the items to the following address

  1. Once we receive the package, we will process your request and refund can be done only after checking the items. Please refer to ‘Refund Policy’.

Exchange Policy

We accept a exchange only during the following situations:

  • The original package must be retained
  • Items must be unused
  • If the items are damaged during delivery or if it does not meet the specification as per the order.
  • We will deliver the exchange or replaced product within 5 to 7 working days.

Note: We have clearly mentioned sizes please check before buying

Process :

  • Once we receive the goods & verifying the condition, we’ll send you a Discount Coupon Code for the value of the item(s).
  • This Discount Coupon Code can be utilized against any future purchase from our website, either immediately or within 30days from the date of a credit note.
  • Please email us the credit note ahead of making your future purchase.

 NOTE: As per our policies we do not serve CASH REFUNDS for the items purchased & we allow customer to buy other product in the place of unsatisfied returned products

If Customer still insists on cash refunds please allow us 5 to 7 Days of time to process your refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours from placement of orders.
  • Partial cancellation in terms of reducing the number of items is possible unless it violates with the minimum order quantity norms for that particular item.
  • Cancellation of an order is not possible for customized products.
  • If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged and not delivered on time.

Requests received later than 7 business days and before the end of the current Cancellation service period will be considered as cancellation of products.

Refund Policy

We will process the refund in 5 to 7 working days and the same will be delivered to the source account within 5 to 7 working days.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
